FAQ

Our group delivers the full evidence-based spectrum of OCD psychiatric care via telehealth.
What are the requirements for a telehealth appointment?
Telehealth appointments require a reliable internet connection, a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a private location where you can participate comfortably. Additional requirements may apply depending on your location and the telehealth platform used.
Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A 24-hour notice may be required for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact the office for details about the current cancellation policy.
Medication decisions are made on an individual basis following a clinical evaluation. If controlled medications are clinically appropriate, prescribing will be determined according to the provider’s professional judgment, applicable laws, and practice policies.
You may contact our office to request access to your medical records. Requests are handled according to applicable privacy requirements and the practice’s records-release procedures.
My OCD Clinic is licensed to provide services in Florida and Massachusetts. Patients must be physically located in a state where the provider is authorized to provide care at the time of their telehealth appointment.
If you feel that another provider within the practice may be a better fit for your needs, please contact our office. The team can provide information about available providers and help guide you through the process.
